Judge Andrew Napolitano from Fox News still isn't quite sure what side of the aisle he's on most days.
Sometimes he's rooting for the President to be impeached, and at other times he's all aboard the Trump train and supporting everything the President very vigorously. What happened this last week though was...well...you'll have to see for yourself in the video below.
He was speaking about Roger Stone and the judge in the case who has been just plain ridiculous.
Stone's attorneys have filed, not one, but two requests against the corrupt Judge Amy Berman Jackson after learning that one of the jurors had lied on her questionnaire form prior to being selected for the jury and was politically motivated against Stone.
The judge rejected a motion to recuse herself, and instead scheduled two secret hearings behind closed doors, as well as imposed a gag order on Stone.
Judge Napolitano lost his mind when talking about this.
"This is absolutely Stalinistic! She has gagged Stone. It is one thing to gag the defendant during a trial. You don’t want them out there talking to the press and it’s a way of communicating with the jury. There is no jury. There is no trial. He’s been convicted. He’s been sentenced. The gag serves no legitimate governmental purpose. And yet she’s enforcing it on him and his lawyers. Question: why is the Bill Barr Department of Justice not opposing this secrecy and not opposing this gag rule?"
Stuart Varney asked, "Do you think the judge might have a political bias?" To which Napolitano responded, "Yes."
Jackson refused to recuse herself and claimed that she couldn't be biased, like it was impossible.
As mentioned above, the lead juror expressed her hatred by stating that Trump supporters are racist and even tweeted about Trump, Russia, and Roger Stone BEFORE the trial began.
There is something seriously wrong with this whole situation and I wouldn't blame President Trump one bit if he pardoned Stone.
