President Trump's senior campaign adviser Steve Cortes recently spoke with Chris Wallace on Fox News and angered Wallace after criticizing his poor performance as a presenter during the recent presidential debates.

It was deserved. Not just because of his moderation (or lack thereof), but also because he attacked Cortes first.

They discussed the president and the coronavirus, as well as other people on the White House staff who have contracted it.

Then he began to criticize the Rose Garden event which involved many people who have now been tested for the virus, including Kellyanne Conway, Chris Christie, Senator Thom Tillis and Senator Mike Lee, and now as of Monday morning, Kayleigh McEnany tested positive as well.

Wallace began attacking Cortes, so Cortes threw it right back at him.

CORTES: “Chris, the way you’re starting to harang me now, actually reminds me of what you did to the president during that debate on Tuesday night."

WALLACE: “Oh, yeah—I harangued him!” Wallace whined.

CORTES: “No, he had to debate not only Joe Biden, but he had to debate you as well. You were not a neutral debate moderator then. I don’t mind tough questions—okay? I welcome reasonably tough questions, but what I don’t think is okay, is for you to become the effective opposition to the President! Everyone there was tested in the crowd. They were distanced from each other. People can make reasonable decisions for themselves!”

WALLACE: “No, actually they can’t. There are rules and they will be kicked out next time!”

If you saw the debate, then you know how bad it was for Wallace and he received a lot of flack about it.

It amazes me that Chris Wallace is even on Fox News because he is actually a registered Democrat.

Wallace, a registered Democrat, blamed President Trump’s interruptions for his horrible partisan behavior, “Let me simply say, the president interrupted me and the vice president 145 times, so I object to saying I harangued the president.
