If you didn't hear, earlier this week Gordon Klein who is a professor at the University of California was suspended after he refused to give minorities free passes on their exams during their protests and riots.
I don't blame him. It would be the thing that they're supposed to be against. Why should he give them special treatment solely because of their race?
One student wasn't happy about the professor's decision and he took it up with the administrators. They, of course, wanted to try and force the professor to bend and accommodate so as to be politically correct.
Because Klien refused to do so he was placed on administrative leave and has begun receiving death threats. All this over exams that students should expect to take before even enrolling in college.
Klein was given three weeks of leave starting on June 25th but has been forced into police protection because of the numerous threats he's received. Malibu police released a statement saying that they have stepped up police presence near the professor's home and Klein declined all requests to comment on the issue.
According to reports, several universities are experiencing the same issues where students are asking exams to be delayed or entire classes canceled. Professors who refuse to comply are harassed on social media and receive threats from so-called 'supporters'. In Klein's case, UCLA bowed to liberal pressure and suspended the teacher, giving students the impression that the educator was in the wrong.
A university spokesman declined to comment on Klein's situation, citing "confidentiality and privacy laws and concerns."
"UCLA and UCLA Anderson are committed to creating a learning, working, and living environment that is free from discrimination, harassment, or retaliation," the spokesman said.
They must not understand what discrimination really means because this would be discriminatory to white people by showing favoritism to a different ethnicity.
