After showing support for one president, Kanye West had some criticism for another. The rapper from Chicago had gave an honest critique of the impact the Obama presidency had on Chicago.
West got the party started by making a note of Chance the Rapper's tweet about black people always being Democrats.

After that Kanye West called out former President Barack Obama.
Obama was in office for eight years and nothing in Chicago changed.
