Tesla CEO Elon Musk took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the IRS more than doubling in size.

Musk took to Twitter to share a meme with a laughing British redcoat accompanied with the caption: “when the country that revolted over taxes hires 87,000 new IRS agents.”

Before coming to America, Musk was born in South Africa and then lived in Canada. He informed a Twitter user that he gets “audited every year by default.”

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) accused Musk of "freeloading off everyone else" and refusing to pay his fair share. This is despite Musk playing $11 billion in taxes last year.

“And if you opened your eyes for 2 seconds, you would realize I will pay more taxes than any American in history this year,” Musk replied. “Don’t spend it all at once … oh wait you did already.”
