During an appearance at a "Now This News" forum President Biden said he passed his student loan forgiveness package by a "vote or two" despite it not yet being voted on by Congress yet.
The strange remarks came while he was outlining the student loan forgiveness plan at the forum. The forum covered a range of topics.

The plan will result in up to $20,000 in student loan forgiveness for $125,000 a year if they received Pell Grants and up to $10,000 in cancellation if they did not receive Pell Grants.
This wasn't the only strange moment for Biden over the weekend. He appeared to nod off in the middle of an interview:
