On Monday evening a deer invades a Walmart in Bethlehem Township to do some shopping. Eventually they were able to corner the buck in the women's restroom.

Katelyn Broadt, 20, was in the parking lot around 6:45 p.m. waiting for her boyfriend to finish some shopping.

"I was sitting in my car and I saw a tan thing splash across the parking lot," she said, she thought it was a dog at first. "I got out of my car and I saw it was a deer. ... The deer was really freaking out. It didn't know how to get out of the plaza."

The buck was crashing into the windows outside the store. A manager came out and yelled at it to stop. From there, the deer ran into the store and then started running up and down some aisles.

Finally, they were able to trap it in the women's restroom. The Pennsylvania Game Commission was able to tranquilize the deer and remove it.

State Game Warden said he and a fellow game warden were able to go into the restroom and tranquilize the deer. The deer was then relocated to state gamelands well away from Bethlehem Township. There was no damage done to the restroom and the deer was not injured.
