This was a parade float in Indiana. On the float, Trump executes Hillary by electric chair on parade float. The priest reads her last rites as the grim reaper appears to be waiting patiently.
The creator of the parade floats said that the visitors look forward to their floats annually. They are known for their creative and inventive floats.
Some residents were terribly offended by it. There was a range of reactions. Some of the people said that this is typical from Frank and if they don't like it, don't look at it. Some enjoyed, others were disgusted, while still others didn't care either way.

But some residents were apparently offended by the display, which also showed several “Make America Great Again” signs, a black face Easter Island statue bizarrely meant to represent President Obama, and the grim reaper accompanied by a priest reading Hillary her last rites.
“Who thinks this is appropriate for a fair parade where children, some of them minorities and girls, are marching and playing instruments and watching?” one person complained on Facebook. “Who thinks this is something to laugh at or be proud of?”
“This is disgusting. This makes me embarrassed to say I live here. This is Aurora, Indiana. Congratulations.”
