Adriana Lima, known for being one of the world's most famous super models, is now making waves for something other than her outward beauty.

The former Victoria's Secret Angel said that she believes sex is for after marriage, and also states that abortion is a crime. Of course this does not go with the flow of the secular world, but as a Christian, I think this is awesome!

Adriana Lima was Victoria’s Secret’s longest-running model, having graced countless pages of the popular lingerie catalog over twenty years. The Brazilian model has since retired from the brand. In an interview with Lisa Depaulo of GQ magazine, a younger, unmarried Adriana Lima unashamedly spoke of her Christian values.

Here are a couple snippets of her interview with Depaulo.

Depaulo: Birth control, premarital sex…
Lima: Well, you know, sex is just for after marriage.
D: Say what?
L: Sex is for after marriage.
D: Are you saying you’re not going to have sex before marriage?
L: Exactly.

Then Depaulo asked Lima how she felt about abortion and she promptly replied, "I think it's a crime." Why is it a crime? Because it's murder, of course!

She also explained that she ONLY has eyes for her man. Another thing you do not hear of often in our sexually driven, hook-up society.

D: So except for the man you’re so in love with, who is your idea of a really hot guy?
L: My man.
D: Besides him.
L: I can’t look at another guy! I can’t. I swear. I’m blocked. I cannot look.

Lima, who is now a mother of two, is not afraid to vocalize her beliefs, even if it goes against the grain. This is risky in any line of work, but especially in the modeling and acting industry. People in the spotlight like that can easily lose fans, jobs, and labels who do not agree with them.

It's so nice to see a woman who is filled with inner beauty to match her outer beauty, and shows the world that women can be both pro-woman and pro-life.
