A South Carolina man did not have your average day. He was arrested moments after he handed out bread from a bread truck he stole.

Pickens County Chief Deputy Creed Hashe said the bread truck was a 2013 Isuzu and worth $45,000. Kyle Daniel Moon stole the truck from the Dollar General parking lot on Thursday morning.

According to witnesses, Moon simply walked up to the store and drove away with the truck at high speeds moments later.

Per WYFF:

Hashe said the truck was found on Mountain View Road. He said Kyle Daniel Moon, 27, was identified as the man who stole the truck. Moon was arrested at the home where the truck was found, Hashe said.

Witnesses said just prior to his arrest, Moon was handing out bread to various people.

"Kyle Daniel Moon is currently being detained in the Pickens County Detention Center where he is being provided bread paid for by our “Pickens County Taxpayers," Hashe wrote in a news release.

Moon is now being held at the Pickens County Detention Center.
