Anthony Scaramucci, the White House's new communications director, is seeking an investigation from the FBI and Justice Department with regards to the leak of his financial disclosure form. Scaramucci is not playing and believes this is a felony.
In a recent tweet Scaramucci tagged Reince Priebus the White House chief of staff. He also included the hashtag #swamp.
This was misconstrued as Scaramucci accusing Priebus of doing the actual leaking. Scaramucci took to Twitter to clarify the issue.
Wrong! Tweet was public notice to leakers that all Sr Adm officials are helping to end illegal leaks. @Reince45 pic.twitter.com/AB0reseuX1

In case there's any ambiguity in his tweet I can confirm that Scaramucci wants the FBI to investigate Reince for leaking.

With political figures using Twitter it causes news to move at a quicker pace than ever. Good job by Scaramucci in getting on Twitter and getting front of the misinformation that was being spread. Despite the misunderstanding, the fact remains: Scaramucci is not playing.
