This needs to be addressed immediately. Any organization receiving public funding should not be able to choose a side politically. Planned Parenthood donated over $120,000 to stop Judge Brett Kavanaugh from being confirmed to the Supreme Court.
With the current arrangement, Planned Parenthood receives money from every taxpayer. No matter where you stand when it comes to abortion, this is simply wrong.

When Planned Parenthood receives taxpayer money, they should immediately forfeit any ability to donate to the Democrats or any political party for that matter. Shouldn't this equate to money laundering in order to get more power to a political party?

Planned Parenthood’s political action committees, employees and family members of employees have contributed $126,886 to Democrats currently sitting on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and $0 to Republican senators on the committee, according to data from The Center for Responsive Politics, which includes campaign contributions from 1990 through 2018.
Planned Parenthood–which, as the nation’s largest abortion provider performed 321,384 abortions in fiscal 2016–has given Democratic Senate Judiciary Committee members a total of $29,961 in 2018 alone.
The Senate Judiciary Committee currently is battling over the fate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who was nominated by President Donald Trump on July 9.
All 10 current Democratic members of the Senate Judiciary Committee have received contributions, at some point, from Planned Parenthood’s political action committees, employees or employee family members.
A woman has every freedom she could possibly want when it comes to making a decision regarding having a child. And that is when she is in the bedroom. If she does not want to have a child, then give custody to the father or place them up for adoption.
That's how I feel on the issue. But no matter how you feel, there is no way that taxpayer money should be given to an organization who then turns around and gives it to a political party. Then that party uses said money to try to stop a Supreme Court Justice who will oppose abortion, which is what makes Planned Parenthood tick.
PP gets $500 million tax payer money. They should lose all of the money they donated to lobbyists and then some next year. Our tax money is being used to fund abortions, which we oppose, but also our money is given to candidates we oppose.
