Last week House Speaker Nancy Pelosi made it perfectly clear at a weekly press conference that she was absolutely willing to hold America hostage if she doesn’t get her way with the new bill that was being proposed to help the country deal with the coronavirus outbreak.

Pelosi and the House Democrats worked on putting together a bill to provide financial support to deal with the coronavirus as well as to provide support for those who are going to be severely impacted by the virus.

During the press conference, Pelosi got so mad she actually ended up hitting the podium where she was standing and told the reporters that she is not willing to negotiate with Republicans on this bill and basically told them that it's all or nothing. It's here way or the highway and she doesn't care if American's suffer for it in the meantime.

This was literally her attitude regarding the bill.

As it stands, Congress could do nothing else in the meantime until they worked together to get a bill passed through both the House of Representatives and the Senate, as well as getting is signed by President Trump.

After initially delaying the vote she now says she will not work with Republicans.

“We don’t need 48 hours, we need to just make a decision to help families right now… I’m not sticking around because they don’t want to agree to language,” Pelosi said.

Keep in mind that this is the same nasty woman that delayed the bill just two weeks ago so that she and the DNC could run some ads against House Republicans. Maybe she's just mad that she can't go take herself a sweet little vacation right now. You would think that at a time like this she would be willing to work with Republicans.

Republican Rep. Steve Scalise explained what the Democrats are trying to do.

Ultimately, the bill was finally passed on Saturday.
