Zachery Ty Bryan, 42, was arrested for DUI in California. TMZ reported the arrest happened Saturday.
Best known from "Home Improvement," this isn't Bryan's first legal issue. La Quinta police arrested him early Saturday for DUI suspicion. This marks yet another legal trouble for him, TMZ notes.
He has a history of DUIs, with three or more prior offenses. Along with DUI, Bryan faced a misdemeanor for contempt of court.

In 2020, Bryan faced charges for allegedly strangling his then-girlfriend. He pled guilty to menacing and fourth-degree assault in 2021.
Legal troubles didn't stop there for Bryan. In July 2023, he was arrested after a domestic dispute report. Although he left before police arrived, he was later caught.
He faced charges for felony assault under the Abuse Prevention Act. After pleading guilty to fourth-degree felony assault in October, he served seven days in jail.
Efforts to contact Bryan for a comment remain unanswered.
