"I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I'm divorced, I'm sure that they're going to try to attach me to anything," she said to Vanity Fair for the April issue. The model also gushed about the jiu-jitsu instrucor's family saying, "I'm so grateful to know all of them, because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially."
She continued, "He's our teacher and, most importantly, he's a person that I admire and that I trust. It's so good to have that kind of energy, to have my kids around that type of energy."
Simultaneously, Bündchen decisively put an end to all the conjecture and rumors surrounding her alleged romantic involvement with Jeffrey Soffer, a billionaire developer who happens to be a close friend and neighbor of her ex-husband, Tom Brady.
"I have zero relationship with him in any way," Bündchen explained. "He's Tom's friend, not my friend."
"I wouldn't be with his friend," she continued. "I wouldn't be with this guy. I mean, puh-leeze. They were saying I'm with this guy, he's old, because he's got money – it's ridiculous."
Bündchen and Valente have worked together for years. She shared a video to her Instagram sparring with him in February 2022.
