Hillary Clinton has escaped criminal charges, but she has been unable to escape the backlash of a nation. While she will not be charged for keeping classified information on a private server, she could face charges for lying about it.
To make things clear, there is a great chance that the FBI is going to start a new investigation with regards to whether or not Clinton committed perjury. She lied about her email server and about Benghazi while under oath. Also she falsely signed a court declaration and also a standard exit form. These both stated that she had turned over all of her work emails when it was clear that she did not.
Congressman Jason Chaffetz asked Director Comey whether or not the agency had looked into charges for perjury. Comey said that they had not, but it could happen if Congress suggested to do so. Chaffetz laughed and assured him that they will have one.
It seems that there is no doubt that Hillary lied under oath and committed the crime of perjury. For this she should definitely be prosecuted.
