After Britney Spears shared a peculiar video involving knife-dancing on Monday, the internet was abuzz with calls from fans to ensure the safety of her dogs.

Supporters and detractors of the singer seem to converge on a shared concern: the wellbeing of her dogs. In the video, Spears is seen swirling and thrusting with what appear to be knife blades. She later clarified that they were just props.

In the backdrop, her three dogs are visible, seemingly trying to distance themselves from Spears, displaying evident distress. Following the video's release, there was a widespread online outcry, with many urging for the dogs' safety.

Several online users even tagged nearby police departments to make sure their worries were acknowledged.

“OJ Simpson, meet your next wife. You love white wimen and she loves knives, something you’re not adverse to????. The next murder trial will be a ratings winner. And someone take those dogs away from her. Britney Spears needs to be sectioned #51/50 @HumaneSociety @BeverlyHillsPD," one person shared on X.

“Britney Spears was dancing around with knives while her three small dogs walked beneath her. This could have been catastrophic for her animals. Someone needs to step in right away,” another fan said.

Despite the massive appeals and requests by fans, it seems improbable that the dog will be removed. Ventura County Animal Services noted that they hadn't gotten any grievances concerning Britney's care for her pets.

A representative from the entity commented specifically on the knife video.

“We reviewed the video, and while the dogs appeared to be startled by the clinking of the knives, we didn’t feel they were in a situation where an officer needed to be dispatched,” they mentioned, as reported by TMZ.
