President Biden had an appearance in Pennsylvania where he talked about trips he and his son Beau Biden made that involved the "best basketball."
Biden brought up a housing project, which has since been demolished, that was known as "The Bucket."
"And what he used to do is go down to the East side, called the Bucket, highest crime rate in the country. There's a place where I was the only white guy that worked as a lifeguard down in that area, the East side," Biden said.
"And you could always tell where the best basketball the state is, the best basketball in the city is, where everybody shows up,"he said.

It just kept getting weirder.
"He'd go down and hang out and sit on a bench with my grandson, who's now 17 years old. And police used to be in the car – local, city police. And he'd go up and bang in a window and say: "Get out of the car dammit meet these people. Let them see you. Let them know you. Let them know who you are,"'
Something tells me it's going to be a long time before they let Biden speak without a teleprompter again.

NBC Poll Reveals New Least Popular Political Figure
West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin is the least popular political figure in a poll released by NBC News with only 11% of registered Democrats having positive feelings about him.
Just over one-third, 34%, have negative feelings about Manchin, giving him a 23% net-negative, the lowest in the country.
