Activists in Moscow unleashed an anti-Obama banner in front of the US Embassy in Russia. Obviously, Russia is no fan of Obama. Check out video of the banner being unleashed.

This isn't the first tribute Russia paid to President Obama. In 2013 they held a parade with a blow up missile.
On the missile it says: “To be personally delivered to Obama.”
So yeah, Russia isn't being secretive or cryptic when it comes to their feelings for Obama. President Obama does not have a strong approval rating in Russia.
