On Wednesday, President Joe Biden went to Cleveland Ohio to talk about his American Rescue Plan at Max Hayes High School.
During his speech, he blasted former President Donald Trump and blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin for high gas prices and inflation.
At one point, Joe heard a phone ringing in the crowd, to which he said, “That’s probably Trump calling me (unintelligible) – I hear that sound there."
