Has the entire Biden Administration gone completely bonkers??
On Sunday, White House Chief of Staff Ronald Klain appeared on NBC News and told host Chuck Todd that he expects the vaccine mandate to be upheld, even though it has been blocked by a federal appears court.
“I think what it means, for the time being, is that the effectiveness of that vaccine requirement is frozen,” Klain said, and then later compared the vaccine mandate to requiring helmets.
“I want to ask you about the court ruling yesterday on the vaccine — on the vaccine protocols osha is putting out, sort of the soft mandate,” said the racial left-wing Chuck Todd. “I don’t want to call it a hard mandate because of the testing option. There’s a freeze. What does that mean for the federal government’s efforts? Do you stop preparing for January 4th in the moment? How does this work?” Todd asked.
“I think what it means for the time being is the effectiveness of that vaccine requirement is frozen,” Klain resplied. “I think it will certainly be well litigated, though, well before January 3rd. I’m not sure it has much practical effect in the short run. Look, these vaccine requirements have been litigated up and down the courts all over the country. I’m quite confident that when this finally gets fully adjudicate adjudicated, not just a temporary order, the validity of this requirement will be upheld. It’s common sense, chuck. If OSHA can tell people to wear a hard hat on the job, be careful around chemicals, it can put in place these simple measures to keep our workers safe."
Uhhh, what?? Does he not understand that wearing a helmet is completely different than injecting something into your body??
