An arm thug had just finished up a long crime spree. A local police officer chased him down and handled things in a very unique way. Check out the video.
Why did the cop take down the thug in such brutal fashion? Here is his response:
“He is holding what I believed to be is a locked and loaded rifle based on the transmission. He has fired a rifle in the air. There were occupied businesses and there were two officers at the other side of the street. This is what I deem as a lethal force encounter.”
After this, Officer Rapiejko hopped out of his vehicle and cuffed the criminal. Soon after he took him to a hospital where he remained cuffed to a bed for two days and then was promptly taken to jail.
