Sometimes, less is more! President Donald Trump seemed to take that approach when commenting on the first Democratic presidential debate of 2019, which took place on Wednesday evening.
As the president traveled to the G-20 Summit in Japan, he stopped in Alaska to refuel. While grounded, he spoke with some of the military members stationed at the base and the debate was mentioned.
Trump responded to the troops and said, “I had my choice between you and them, and I chose you."
“I think they all are going to do very poorly,” he also said of the candidates already debating.
After rebounding the plane and taking of for Japan once again, Trump jumped on Twitter to comment on the debates, which was summed up with one word: "BORING!"
