Yet another sexual assault lawsuit has been filed against superstar NFL quarterback Deshaun Watson of the Cleveland Browns.
A plaintiff operating under the name of Jane Doe sued the currently suspended Browns quarterback. The alleged misconduct occurred in December 2020 in a hotel room. According to the nine-age lawsuit, Watson came out of the bathroom wearing only a towel. Watson then removed the towel and requested the therapist to "get on top." While the plaintiff did not have sexual intercourse with Watson, she did say she was pressured into oral sex.

The lawsuit claims that does now suffers from mental anguish after the encounter and now has “severe depression and anxiety.”
Watson is currently serving an 11-game suspension and the Cleveland Browns hope to make a playoff push when he returns. The quarterback was just permitted to rejoin the team, but it still unable to participate in games until his team plays six more games.
Despite the sexual assault allegations, the Browns signed Watson to a five-year, $230 million fully guaranteed contract.
It remains to be seen whether the NFL will extend Watson's suspension after a 25th girl accuses him of sexual assault. 23 of the first 24 accused have settled, with one remaining unsettled.
