Senator Tim Scott is a black Conservative, which means the left has absolutely no respect for him. All their "BLM" and "anti-racism" propaganda flies out the window when they disagree with someone.
Scott responded to President Joe Biden's Wednesday evening address and notes that the left frequently calls him racial slurs and names. How tolerant of them.
“I’ve also experienced a different kind of intolerance,” Scott said. “I get called ‘Uncle Tom’ and the N-word — by progressives, by liberals”!
He also called out a recent “fact check” by the Washington Post that claimed he grew up in poverty. “Just last week, a national newspaper suggested my family’s poverty was actually privilege … because a relative owned land generations before my time,” he said.
“A hundred years ago, kids in classrooms were taught the color of their skin was their most important characteristic — and if they looked a certain way, they were inferior,” Scott continued. “Today, kids again are being taught that the color of their skin defines them — and if they look a certain way, they’re an oppressor.”
“Hear me clearly: America is not a racist country. It’s backwards to fight discrimination with different discrimination,” he added. “And it’s wrong to try to use our painful past to dishonestly shut down debates in the present.”
As if to reiterate Scott's claims of the left's racism, the topic "Uncle Tim" trended on Twitter throughout Wednesday evening and into Thursday morning.

Florida House Moves to Ban Abortions Based on Disability
Florida's House is moving to ban abortions based on disability. This means that doctors in the sunshine state will be banned from performing abortions if the woman getting the procedure is doing so because of a disability diagnosis of the baby.
If a doctor does perform an abortion based solely on physical or mental disability, then they will be guilty go a third degree felony, which is punishable up to five years in prison.
