You'll have trouble finding a more proud dad than DeMar DeRozan.

When the Chicago Bulls faced off against the Toronto Raptors in the NBA Play-In Tournament on Wednesday night, they found themselves in hostile territory, in a foreign country, without much support from their fans.

Despite the lack of support from the fans, there was one individual who made a significant impact, surpassing the entire influence of the Scotiabank Arena.

Diar DeRozan, the daughter of Chicago Bulls' star forward DeMar DeRozan, who is only nine years old, played a significant role in the game. She was shouting at the Raptors players whenever they attempted free throws, and her efforts paid off as the Bulls secured a 109-105 victory, allowing them to compete for the No. 8 seed in the Eastern Conference. Moreover, it was an impressive comeback for the Bulls.

It is often said that numbers do not deceive. Consider this: Toronto had a woeful performance from the free-throw line, making only 18 out of 36 attempts, which equates to a 50% success rate. Given that they lost by just four points, it is safe to say that this was undoubtedly one of the primary reasons (if not the main reason) for the Raptors' defeat.

It may sound amusing, but the statistics indicate that Diar DeRozan played a crucial role in the Chicago Bulls' victory. Therefore, it would be accurate to say that she contributed significantly to the team's win.

Chicago fans can thank Diar for moving on in the playoffs. Up next is the Miami Heat on Friday night. Wait until they see what Diar has in store for them.
