Melania Trump is raising concerns about the attempt on her husband's life.
"The attempt to end my husband's life was a horrible, distressing experience," she shared in a video on X. "Now, the silence around it feels heavy."
"I wonder, why didn't law enforcement stop the shooter before the speech?" she questioned. "There’s more to this story, and we need to find out the truth."
In the video, she also promoted her upcoming memoir, available for pre-order.
The book, titled Melania, is described as "the powerful and inspiring story of a woman who has defined personal excellence and overcome adversity."
It promises to share "stories and images never before revealed to the public," offering an intimate look into her life.
After the July assassination attempt, she called for unity, urging Americans to have "courage and common sense" to come together.
She described the gunman as a "monster" who saw Donald as an "inhuman political machine," and aimed to "destroy his passion, laughter, and love of life."
Reflecting on that moment, she wrote, "When I saw the bullet hit Donald, I knew Barron’s and my life would change forever."
Her memoir, announced in July, quickly topped Amazon’s ‘Best Sellers’ lists.
"Writing this book has been an emotional journey," Melania previously told Fox News, saying it reminded her of her strength and the importance of sharing her story.
