McDonald's is making a sweet breakfast menu item available for the first time since the 1980s.
The popular cheese danish will be available to the public for the first time in four decades. It will be available for customers starting September 14th.

A press release by McDonald's described the delicious sweet treat.
Introducing: the Cheese Danish. This flakey pastry with a sweet cream cheese filling and topped with a buttery streusel and light vanilla drizzle is exactly what you didn't even know you needed this season. Perfect to enjoy for breakfast or as an afternoon treat, we're serving it up all day at participating restaurants nationwide starting Sept. 14. It's available for purchase in restaurants, the drive-thru or on the McDonald's App for McDelivery*.
So if you're looking to get your day started by loading up on sugar, then McDonald's is an excellent destination.

NBC Poll Reveals New Least Popular Political Figure
West Virginia Senator Joe Manchin is the least popular political figure in a poll released by NBC News with only 11% of registered Democrats having positive feelings about him.
Just over one-third, 34%, have negative feelings about Manchin, giving him a 23% net-negative, the lowest in the country.
