Jeff Bezos took to Twitter to blast Joe Biden again after he took to Twitter to demand gas station owners lower prices at the pump and "do it now."

Bezos, who happens to be a liberal and owner of the Washington Post, questioned if Biden even understands basic economics. This is the second time in the last two months Bezos has went on the offensive against Biden.

“Ouch. Inflation is far too important a problem for the White House to keep making statements like this,” Bezos tweeted. “It’s either straight ahead misdirection or a deep misunderstanding of basic market dynamics.”

Instead of taking any action or showing any accountability for the soaring gas prices, the Biden administration has instead blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In the tweet targeted by Bezos, Biden has shifted the blame from Putin to gas station owners.

“My message to the companies running gas stations and setting prices at the pump is simple: this is a time of war and global peril,” Biden tweeted. “Bring down the price you are charging at the pump to reflect the cost you’re paying for the product. And do it now.”

In May Biden tweeted about the rich people paying their fair share.

“You want to bring down inflation?” Biden tweeted. “Let’s make sure the wealthiest corporations pay their fair share.”

Bezos responded by pointing out the confusion in the tweet. He also invited Biden's new at the time Disinformation Governance Board to take a look at the tweet.

Biden has also had some back-and-forth with Tesla CEO Elon Musk. It appears he is seeking out the richest people in America to do battle with.
