Halle Berry Poses Topless in Tribute to 20th Anniversary of 'Catwoman'

Halle Berry isn't just enjoying the summer sun in a silky dress. She's celebrating Catwoman's 20th anniversary. In her latest Instagram post, she's topless, wearing a black-and-white cat mask, holding her new kittens, Boots and Coco. One shot shows her in black underwear with a cat-shaped panel.

"And STILL... meow! It’s been 20 years today since I had the honor of bringing this iconic character to life. She will always be close to my heart and I will forever be Patience Phillips aka CATWOMAN!" she wrote with the photos.

Berry also thanked Jee H. Lim for helping her rescue the kittens. "Thank you @missjee79! When these black beauties showed up in my yard searching for their mother, Jee helped us through the rescue process. Forever grateful!" she added.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Berry talked about her new pets. Prepping for Catwoman in 2004 made her a cat person. "I just rescued four kitties I found in my yard three weeks ago," she shared. "That experience changed me.”

Berry got into character by studying cats. "I watched, studied, and learned how cats think," she said. "I was a full-on cat, all the time. I’d crawl around my house, trying to jump on counters, thinking, 'If I were a cat, how would I get up there?' I was in it 24/7."

About Coco and Boots, she said their mother still lives outside. "I got the mommy spayed and released her back in my yard and she's now our outdoor cat. The other 2 babies I've found a forever home for and these two are our new lovies," she shared. Besides the cats, Berry also has two Labradoodles.
