Many Dairy Queen fans had the same question after hearing about the fall Blizzard menu.
Details came out in a video shared on social media by Snackolator. On July 21, the food blogger revealed the seasonal Blizzard lineup. Flavors include Reese's Pieces Cookie Dough, French Silk Pie, Caramel Java Chip, Oreo Fudge Brownie, Salted Caramel Truffle, and Royal New York Cheesecake.
Five of the six flavors will be returning. But, the Caramel Java Chip is new.
“This has caramel, coffee, and chocolate espresso crunch pieces, all mixed with vanilla soft serve,” Snackolator explained on Instagram.
Snackolator hoped the S’mores Blizzard would return too, calling it one of the most requested flavors. Fans, however, were curious about another favorite.
“Where is the Pumpkin Pie one?!? 😭,” one fan asked. Another exclaimed, “Yeah no pumpkin!”
“Pumpkin 🎃 is where it’s at always at DQ 😋,” another agreed.
Some fans also missed the Apple Pie Blizzard. They voiced their disappointment online.
“No pumpkin or apple?!?! WHAT?!” wrote one user. Another commented, “ummmm where is pumpkin and apple.”
“Uh? No PUMPKIN? Or Carmel Apple ??” echoed a fan. One person demanded, “Where the f--- is pumpkin & apple….”
Despite some fans' frustrations, others were excited about the new Caramel Java Chip Blizzard and returning flavors. The exact launch date for the full seasonal menu hasn't been announced yet.
