Late Friday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions fires FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe hours before he was set to receive a government pension. Session then rejecated an appeal that would let McCabe retire this weekend and receive retirement.

In his released statement, Sessions stated that McCabe lacked Candor under oath on multiple occasions. Sessions said, "The F.B.I. expects every employee to adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and accountability. I have terminated the employment of Andrew McCabe effective immediately."

In his response, McCabe claimed that him being fired was a deliberate act by the Trump administration.

This is a huge story and we will be providing details as they continue to emerge.
