Wendy's introduces a new Orange Dreamsicle Frosty. It's a twist on the classic dessert, now available nationwide.
The fast-food chain from Ohio says it's a blend of childhood nostalgia and Frosty's signature creaminess. They're calling it a spring-season special.
"The newest Frosty innovation packs a spoonful of sweet orange notes combined with the classic smooth vanilla Frosty for a dreamy orange cream experience — the Wendy's way," says Wendy's.
Previously, Wendy's had seasonal Frosties like Pumpkin Spice in the fall and Peppermint in the winter.
Lindsay Radkoski, Wendy's U.S. Chief Marketing Officer, highlights the customer excitement for new Frosty flavors. "With Orange Dreamsicle Frosty, we're building even more Frosty fandom with our first ever spring-inspired Frosty flavor."
The new Frosty aims to evoke sweet nostalgia with every spoonful.
This limited-time offer replaces the Vanilla Frosty. Chocolate lovers need not worry; the Chocolate Frosty is still available.
Orange Dreamsicles differ from Creamsicles mainly in texture and richness. Wendy's version leans towards the lighter, milk-based Dreamsicle.
Wendy's describes their new Frosty as a "unique spin" on a classic taste. It mixes orange with their Vanilla Frosty.
Customers can get this new flavor via the Wendy's app or in-store at participating locations.
