A school district in Texas has announced the dismissal of a teacher who referred to herself as a "Black supremacist." The teacher was allegedly involved in sharing anti-White content, including a joke related to violence. Before being let go, she had reportedly boasted that she would never be fired and claimed that some of the administration "laughed" off her posts.
"Why shouldn't I hate White people," posted Danielle Allen, 29, a former first-grade teacher at Thompson Elementary School, on X, previously known as Twitter. Allen had been utilizing X as a burner account, adopting the alias "Claire Kyle." The account's existence was initially uncovered by an X user named Amiri King.
On Tuesday, the Mesquite Independent School District labeled the posts as "racist," emphasizing that the teacher would be deemed "eligible for rehire."
The district's statement further articulated, "[T]he highly offensive statements posted to her X account do not reflect the values and standards of Mesquite ISD, and the district condemns them in the strongest terms."
Allen, however, offered an alternative view of her interaction with the administration a day earlier.
"Y'all have found my job," she posted on X. "They told me to delete the post, but my job is safe since I did not directly wish harm on ALL White people. They laughed and told me to watch what I say, and I'll be good to go."
Allen also communicated her sense of security regarding her employment, stating, "Just talked to the school board and my job is safe. I told them it was a joke, and they know I'm not racist so have fun."
In a video that shows her walking through what seems to be the halls of the elementary school, she defiantly declared, "Twitter thinks they can take my job away from me. … Call me every name under the sun, but you all will never call me unemployed."

Initially, Allen had shared a text message conversation in which she made a jest about intending to kill her sister's White boyfriend, expressing apprehension that he resembled a Trump supporter.
Allen expressed her shock and anger in explicit terms, stating, "Like I'm baffled AF (as f--k) seeing a White man in my house. I can't believe it!! This is supposed to be a [Black-person-only] house. I'm so mad right now!!"
She continued her rant by saying, "I can't BELIEVE she has this cave dweller in my freaking house!!!!… Omg I'm trying to stay calm. She knows I'm a racist!!!… Come and kill him for me… I promise I'll help you hide the body… Bring all 4 of your guns."
In another post, she expressed her disapproval with the words, "MY SIS LETTING ALL OF EUROPE TAKE TURNS ON HER!!! The disappointment I feel right now!!!! Our parents raised us better than this!!!!"
The picture used for the thumbnail of the burner account was the same as the one appearing in her Facebook exchange.
Allen declined to provide a comment.
The teacher not only openly boasted about her "racist" views against White people but also made statements that were "homophobic." An incoming message to her read, "That's super gay," to which she replied, "This is why I love you. Thank you for being homophobic like I am. You're my soulmate."
