Delta Air Lines is collaborating with the GOAT.
On Wednesday, the airline headquartered in Atlanta announced a long-term collaboration with retired NFL legend Tom Brady. Through this partnership, Brady will support Delta's endeavors targeting employees, consumers, and local communities. He's set to serve as a strategic advisor for an extended period, according to the airline.
"I am grateful to be joining the Delta family, a company I have loved and respected for years," commented Brady, further noting that he "look[s] forward to playing my part to continue the company’s success."
About seven months after Brady announced his decision to conclude his renowned NFL quarterback career, he has taken on a strategic adviser role with Delta. When he declared his retirement, the soon-to-be Hall of Famer was with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
As FOX Business has highlighted in the past, this partnership is just one of many endeavors Brady has undertaken over time.
Delta mentioned that Brady's inaugural year will involve tasks related to "onboarding, cultural familiarity and immersion" within the firm. Moreover, CEO Ed Bastian plans to include him in his discussion series.
At Delta, the ex-NFL star will assist in developing "strategic training and teamwork tools" for the company's workforce, as conveyed by the airline. Delta employs over 90,000 individuals.
Furthermore, Delta's clientele can anticipate Brady's involvement in select promotional activities, the firm highlighted. He'll "support Delta’s work to positively impact communities where employees live and work."

The collaboration aims to intertwine "Brady’s expertise in teamwork, performance, and perseverance directly to Delta," the airline elaborated.
Over his illustrious career, Brady spent 20 years with the New England Patriots and three seasons with the Buccaneers. With the Patriots, he secured six Super Bowl victories and clinched one with the Buccaneers. This on-field triumph led to his nickname "GOAT" — the greatest of all time.
Brady was honored with the NFL's Most Valuable Player (MVP) title three times.
As of May, Forbes estimated Brady's earnings at $45.2 million over a year, ranking him among the world's top-earning athletes. This sum includes a substantial $44 million from endeavors outside of football, as reported by the publication.
