Mike Tyson, a boxing legend, has achieved nearly everything in boxing. His next challenge? Jake Paul, with only 10 professional fights to his name.
Tyson is often mentioned as one of the greatest boxers ever. Meanwhile, Paul is aiming high but has a lot to prove.
Despite his fearsome reputation, Tyson confesses to feeling "scared to death" about facing Paul, the former YouTuber.
"I have a weird personality - I don't think it's weird though. Whatever I'm afraid to do, I do it," Tyson shared with Sean Hannity. "Right now, I'm scared to death."
This fear is precisely what drives Tyson back into the ring. It's the fuel for his fire.
"I always believed that adversity and nervousness pretty much catapulted me into success," Tyson explains. His nerves are essential for his will to fight.
As the match approaches, Tyson's fear subsides. Reality takes over, bolstering his confidence.
"As the fight gets closer, the less nervous I become, because it's reality. And in reality, I'm invincible," Tyson asserts.
Tyson acknowledges Paul's evolution from a YouTube personality to a serious contender.
"I saw a YouTube of him at 16 doing weird dances. That's not the guy I'm gonna be fighting," Tyson remarks. He's ready for a real challenge.
The much-anticipated match is set for July 20, at the AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
