Golf influencer Paige Spiranac expressed surprise on social media about the strong reactions to one of her recent outfits.
She shared a photo on Instagram and X, posing on a golf course green near a flag stick. In the image, she's dressed in a white collared shirt and shorts, an outfit that sparked significant online debate. The Instagram post attracted over 3,300 comments, many of which showed disapproval of her choice of attire.
However, Spiranac, who has amassed almost 4 million followers on Instagram, replied on X with her own comments.
"It’s amazing the outrage this outfit is causing on Instagram," she wrote. "It’s just a little cheeky or booty cleavage as I like to say lol. I think it’s quite tame and this picture is cute. Thoughts?"

Spiranac is known for not shying away from responding to criticism. In April, she wore a revealing green robe in a video discussing a golf tournament, which led to a particular comment that she addressed separately. She responded to the commenter in a TikTok video that garnered over half a million views.
"This is so insulting to men," the comment read. "Don’t toy with our love of golf. You’re beautiful, yes. But you don’t need to be overt. Dress proper and u’d still be hot."
Spiranac then responded without the robe.

"So, what I’m gathering is that you hate boobs," she said. "But everyone loves boobs. Boobs are great!"
In March, Spiranac appealed to her social media followers, asking them not to be so easily offended. However, it seems the commenter didn't heed this advice. She encouraged them to focus their attention on matters other than "boobs."
