Fox News Host's New Show Starts Today at 4 pm

FOX News Channel has announced major programming changes. Will Cain, co-host of "FOX & Friends Weekend," will take over the 4 p.m. ET weekday slot with "The Will Cain Show," starting January 21. CEO Suzanne Scott shared the news on Monday.

Scott said the updates aim to keep FOX News Media at the forefront of a changing media landscape. She praised Cain’s background as a lawyer and broadcaster, calling him a great fit for the 4 p.m. hour. "We look forward to his insights during another historic news cycle," she stated.

"The Will Cain Show" will feature a mix of topics, including politics, business, culture, and sports. Cain expressed his excitement for the new opportunity. "It has been an honor to wake up with America these past four years," he said. He promised engaging and thought-provoking content every weekday afternoon.

Cain joined Fox News in 2020 and has interviewed high-profile figures like President Trump, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Dave Portnoy. His weekend conversations have drawn praise for their range and relevance.

In addition to his new show, Cain’s podcast, "The Will Cain Show," will continue. The podcast will post new episodes and simulcast on FOX News Digital.

Charlie Hurt will step in as co-host of "FOX & Friends Weekend" on January 18. He’ll join Rachel Campos-Duffy on the iconic curvy couch. Hurt is currently a Fox News contributor and the opinion editor of The Washington Times, a role he’ll leave to focus on his new position.

FOX News is also expanding other weekend programs. "The Fox Report" and "The Big Weekend Show" will now run for two hours on Saturdays and Sundays, starting January 18.

FBN is making moves too. Dagen McDowell will join "The Big Money Show," which expands to two hours on weekdays beginning January 27. McDowell will also continue co-hosting "The Bottom Line" at 6 p.m. ET.
