Charles Krauthammer was appearing on Fox News Special Report With Bret Baier. Krauthammer's main takeaway from the statement by James Comey was that Hillary is a non-criminal liar.
“The conclusion of the day is that she [Hillary] is a non-criminal liar,” Krauthammer said. “The lying is obvious when you compare her statements with what Comey said, but he [Comey] came out with a puzzling conclusion.”
This statement was very puzzling to Krauthammer. Why? It seemed that a case to prosecute had been created to the letter of U.S. code. Also a new criteria has been created to avoid suggesting action.

On top of that Krauthammer had a very key takeaway. While Hillary Clinton did not intend to directly harm the United States, she did purposely circumvent government protocols while handling classified information. And that is exactly what our laws are set to punish.
