Biden's Latest Gaffe: "We're The United States Of Amerigotit"

Former President Joe Biden gave a bizarre, slurred rally cry at the International LGBTQ+ Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C. Biden was urging leaders to “continue the fight” for equality when he had a major verbal misstep. The gaffe quickly spread online, renewing concerns over his cognitive abilities.

Biden stumbled over the name of the country. He declared, “We just have to get up. As long as we keep the faith … and remember who the hell we are. We're the United States of Amerigotit, that's who we are! We're the U.S.!”

Despite the embarrassing gaffe, Biden insisted that now is the time to “fight back.” He stated, “All of us are dismayed by the present state of the union. This is no time to give up. It's time to get up.”

The former President used the speech to accuse the Trump administration of intentionally creating division. He said Trump and his loyalists are attempting to "distort and derail our fight for equality" and "further divide the country."

Biden accused conservatives of trying to turn the fight for equality into "something scary, something sinister." He insisted that "at its core, it's about making every American given the opportunity to be treated with basic decency, dignity, and respect they all deserve."

He added that the entire purpose of the fight is “about protecting the Constitution.” This is the typical Democrat deflection used to label anyone who disagrees with their radical policies as an enemy of the Constitution.

Biden was awarded the Chris Abele Impact Award during the event. The award recognizes his role in advancing LGBTQ+ rights during his time in office.
