Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez hit every single branch on the way down when she fell out of the idiot tree.
The socialist representative claims that the United States actually ran "concentration camps" during World War II. She literally believes that, as we were at war to save Jewish people in Nazi Germany from mass murder, that we were also running camps on the side.
She is a special kind of stupid.
"The US ran concentration camps before, when we rounded up Japanese people during WWII," Ocasio-Cortez tweeted on Wednesday, "It is such a shameful history that we largely ignore it. These camps occur throughout history. Many refuse to learn from that shame, but here we are today. We have an obligation to end them."

This follows her ridiculous statement comparing ICE detaining people in detention centers at the border to concentration camps as well.
Then she tries to argue and justify her false claims, stating that there is a "consensus" that she is correct. We can't make this stuff up!

ICE Director Mark Morgan criticized AOC for her false "facts," and comparing border detention facilities to concentration camps.
NEW: Acting @ICEgov Director Mark Morgan blasts @AOC comparison of migrant detention centers to concentration camps: "Its completely inappropriate, it's reckless, it's irresponsible, it's misinformed, and it's flat out wrong" https://t.co/AXuIN72jZ9 pic.twitter.com/B6pfc43E5C

"Its completely inappropriate, it's reckless, it's irresponsible, it's misinformed, and it's flat out wrong," Morgan said, "There is so much oversight in these facilities, we have [Inspector General] report after IG report, we have non-government organizations, NGOs, that are constantly providing a double check on that."
"I encourage the check and balance, I encourage inspections," he added, "I feel very satisfied that if you go to these facilities, whether its a border patrol facility or an HHS facility or an ICE facility that there will be safe and adequate conditions to detain individuals."
