Alabama Rep. John Rogers doubled down on his controversial statements on abortion. This time he fired back at Donald Trump Jr. and called him "retarded" and said his mother should have aborted him.
A vote in Alabama passed on Tuesday by a vote of 74-3 that will criminalize almost all abortion in the state.
Before the vote went down, John Rogers, a Democrat, made a very controversial statement opposing the vote when he said, "Some kids are unwanted. So you kill them now or you kill them later."
Donald Trump Jr. took to Twitter to blast the Democrats' stance on abortion. "This is stomach curling and makes Ralph Northam look like a moderate on abortion."
