President Trump has challenged the left to put the money where their mouth is. His threat to release illegal aliens into sanctuary cities is reportedly under "strong" consideration.
He tweeted that relocating the illegal immigrants to these parts of the country should make the "Radical Left" happy.
The comments by President Trump came after a report by The Washington Post stated that the White House has suggested sending these detainees to sanctuary city twice over the past six months.
“The proposal was first floated in November amid reports of a large migrant caravan from Central America making its way to the southern border,” Fox News reported. “The idea was again considered in February, amid the standoff with Congress over a border wall.”

According to the report from WaPo, the plan was rejected twice. On Friday President Trump suggested that this proposal is not completely dead.

Unsurprisingly, the Left did not like this idea.
“The extent of this administration’s cynicism and cruelty cannot be overstated,” spokesperson Ashley Etienne said for Nancy Pelosi in a statement on Friday. “Using human beings — including little children — as pawns in their warped game to perpetuate fear and demonize immigrants is despicable, and in some cases, criminal.”
