Sen. Ted Cruz has always been able to have a laugh at himself. A video was just released on Twitter where Ted Cruz prepares for a basketball showdown with late night host Jimmy Kimmel.

In the video Ted Cruz makes fun of himself. It features Cruz missing shots and lay-ups and struggling to dribble the ball, all while the "Charios of Fire" theme song plays.

Cruz tweeted:

Am working hard to get ready for the big game on Saturday. @jimmykimmel — are you scared yet? I’m playing better than ever. #unstoppable #KimmelvsCruz

Also, Cruz retweeted Barstool Sports when they were mentioning that Grayson Allen is flying up the NBA draft boards.
