A black Burger King employee was fired after tape of her racist rant against a Hispanic couple was released.

The heated exchange went down between the BK employee and a man and woman in a North Miami Burger King drive-thru on October 3. The video went viral after it was caught by a cell phone.

When a manager touched their food while preparing the order, the customers asked for a refund.

The employee became angry and was unwilling to work with the couple. She shamed them for being white, even though they were Hispanic.

She shouted at the couple, "F*** you, you white piece of s**t... how about that? F*** you." The couple had a crying baby with them in the car.

The woman in the car responded, "We're not even white, we're Hispanic. Get it right." Another angry employee slammed the drive-thru shut in their face.

From there, the customer fired an insult, "I don't care. At least I'm not working at Burger King."

This made the employee even angrier as she fired back, "I don't care. B****, I have two parents, I go to school... this job, the money I make, is to blow up. So it don't matter."

The male customer tried to diffuse the situation. He said, "It has nothing to do with you. I don't know why you're getting upset."

Meanwhile, the other employee in the situation did very little to help. It's not clear whether or not she was the manager.
