Rosie O'Donnell sent some very vulgar tweets to Ben Shapiro last week. Initially when Shapiro reported the tweets, Twitter decided the tweets were within the guidelines and Rosie was playing by the rules. They decided the sexually harassing tweets to Shapiro of Daily Wire were fine and dandy and did not violate any of their abuse policies. After some serious backlash and some second thoughts, Twitter changes their mind and deletes Rosie's obscene tweets.
Here is the first tweet Shapiro posted where Twitter decided not to penalize O'Donnell for her vulgar, sexually abusive tweets:
Surprise of surprises, Twitter says that @Rosie's tweets were not in fact abusive in any way under their rules. Good to know. pic.twitter.com/6tMuIWRgth

Take a look at Twitter's "Hateful Conduct Policy" and tell me if you think this violates it:
Examples of what we do not tolerate includes, but is not limited to behavior that harasses individuals or groups of people with … repeated and/or or non-consensual slurs, epithets, racist and sexist tropes, or other content that degrades someone.
Twitter Changes Their Mind
Shapiro tweeted:
Well, looks like Twitter had some second thoughts about @Rosie's obscene tweets

Per Daily Wire:
O’Donnell was not suspended for any duration on Twitter.
Twitter’s reversal followed hard on their original decision that her obscene tweets telling Shapiro to “suck my d***” and “lick me too” were not in fact abusive under their policies. O’Donnell had tweeted those messages at Shapiro after Shapiro called her out for violating federal law by offering bribes to sitting members of the United States Senate in an attempt to push them not to support President Trump’s tax reform package.
The Daily Wire has received a number of emails from people suspended by Twitter for language far less offensive than O’Donnell’s.
Well, she should have been suspended or had her account terminated, but at least Twitter took some action against Rosie.
