The left is outraged about Trump backing out of the Paris Agreement. Tucker Carlson exposes Miami Mayor Philip Levine for having ZERO knowledge of the Paris agreement he "loves so much." Tucker set this up very favorably for Levine. All he had to do was drop some facts and make a great case for the agreement. Tucker even said that he is neutral when it comes to this topic. He left the door wide open. So what happened? Miami Mayor Philip Levine totally blew it on national television.

“You’re concerned about rising sea levels,” Carlson began.
“I’m not here to argue that that’s not a concern. I’m just wondering how this specific agreement sending three billion dollars a year to countries like India and China, who don’t have to lower their emissions rates, is going to fix the global warming problem in Miami Beach?”
Instead of answering the question, Levine went on to rant about flooding.
“During sunny days, the water levels have gone up dramatically,” he said. “And it’s not just Miami Beach. It’s coastal cities all over the world. Tucker, I heard what you had to say but I gotta tell you something. When the world’s leading scientists are telling you this is what’s going on… at some point you have to listen.”
“Yeah, you’re actually dodging my question completely,” Carlson skewered before posing it again.
Levine dodged, again.
Carlson asked, again.
Levine dodged… again.

As usual, the left didn't get their way and they are crying. Instead of just forcing people to accept their way, the left is no longer able to do that. Because of this, they are outraged.
This leftist mayor was given a blank canvas to paint a masterpiece. Instead, he completely blew it and did not answer the question.
