President Donald Trump bid Americans a farewell on Wednesday, and thanked his staff and supporters for a great four years.

“Goodbye. I love you. We’ll be back in some form,” Trump said. “I will be watching. I will be listening” as Biden’s administration takes office.

“You are amazing people. This is a great, great country. This is my greatest honor and privilege to be your president,” Trump continued.

“I wish the new administration great love and great success. I think they’ll have great success. They have the foundation to something really spectacular,” he said. “Remember us when you see these things happening.”

“I hope they don’t raise your taxes, but if they do, I told you so,” Trump added.“What we’ve done has been amazing by any standard. We were not a regular administration.”

He spoke to a crowd of about 500 people at Joint Base Andrews, and received a 21 gun salute from the military before boarding Air Force One.

I, for one, am waiting for that comeback. Americans wanted Trump. We voted for Trump, and our voices were stolen from us by the dirty Democrats. This is not over.

Steve Cohen (D-TN) suggested during an interview on Monday morning that in vetting the National Guard for potential threats against President-elect Joe Biden, officials should first look for supporters of President Donald Trump within the Guard’s ranks.
