Earlier today Trump doubled down on his claim that Obama did not reach out to families of fallen soldiers. To be more precise, President Trump has an example of Obama not reaching out to the family of fallen soldiers. Once again, Trump was right.

Today it was proven that Barack Obama did not even reach out to General John Kelly when his son was lost in battle in Afghanistan.

Per Fox News:

President Trump doubled down Tuesday on his controversial claim that past presidents didn’t properly console the families of fallen servicemembers, raising the point that Barack Obama apparently did not call now-White House Chief of Staff John Kelly after his son was killed in Afghanistan in 2010.

“You could ask General Kelly, did you get a call from Obama? You could ask other people. I don’t know what Obama’s policy was,” Trump told Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade on his radio show on Tuesday.

An administration official confirmed that Obama did not make a condolence call to Kelly, who was the highest-ranking military officer to lose a child in Iraq or Afghanistan.

But that's not all.

Karen Vaughn, mother of a fallen Navy SEAL, claims that Obama sent out a letter to the parents of fallen SEALs that was signed by an auto-pen.

Karen and Billy Vaughn, parents of Aaron Carson Vaughn, spoke at a forum sponsored by the Tea Party Patriots. This took place just outside of the RNC Convention in Tampa. Karen brought a copy of the from letter they were sent after their son died.

Here's a photo of the letter sent to the parents of Chief Petty Officer Nicholas H. Null. Wouldn't you know it's the exact same letter that was sent to the Vaughn family.
