Zoowemama! I bet Democratic governors are seething after President Trump announced he will be the one to decide when to ease guidelines regarding the coronavirus, not governors!
The president asserted on Monday that he is the one who ultimately makes the decisions about how and when to relax the social distancing guidelines for the United States.
Trump posted to Twitter that some are “saying that it is the Governors decision to open up the states, not that of the President of the United States & the Federal Government. Let it be fully understood that this is incorrect...it is the decision of the President, and for many good reasons.”
He added, “With that being said, the Administration and I are working closely with the Governors, and this will continue. A decision by me, in conjunction with the Governors and input from others, will be made shortly!”

While governors and local leaders have stepped up during this pandemic, some of them have taken it way too far and let the power get to their head. Some states have instituted mandatory restrictions that result in fines and prison time if broken.
Throughout all of this, Trump has continued to offer hope to Americans and has pushed to reopen our economy and let people get back to work and their normal lives.
